RTO waste gas incinerator

The Treatment of Organic Waste Gas — collection and abatement of organic exhaust streams for chemical, coating, and manufacturing sites.

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) solutions support stable compliance and energy recovery for continuous industrial operation.

GLI gas-liquid incinerator

GLI vapor-liquid incinerator (GLI furnace) can be used for the heat treatment of various organic gases, liquids and salts produced in the chemical production process; these “three wastes” products often contain hydrocarbon compounds.

As an energy-saving technology for hazardous-waste thermal treatment, GLI addresses salt deposition and heat-transfer degradation that limit conventional liquid-waste boilers — supporting longer continuous runs and lower fuel-related CO₂.

PDS carrier gas low-temperature evaporation

PDS is a new evaporation technology that uses the difference in the saturation vapor pressure of water molecules in air at different temperatures as the driving force for mass transfer. The saturation vapor pressure of water vapor increases with the temperature.

Applied to industrial wastewater projects, PDS supports brine separation or material recovery with lower steam demand through direct evaporation, concentration, and condensate recovery.

Electron Beam Advanced Oxidation Wastewater Treatment

Advanced oxidation powered by electron-beam technology for high-difficulty industrial wastewater — targeting recalcitrant organics where conventional biological or chemical routes fall short.
